This time of grateful remembrance engages our hearts and minds in honor of those upon whose shoulders we stand, those who made us smile, laugh and cry. This month we honor Amy Oestreicher (CT), Don Sanders (TX), and Patricia Snow (CA). With the talents of storytellers Milbre Burch, Marilyn McPhie, Nartana Premachandra, John St. Clair, Jude Treder-Wolff, and Christine Phillips Westfeldt, and featuring music by Keith McCutcheon Jazz Ensemble and the Herb Alpert School of Music Department of Ethnomusicology Music of African Americans Ensemble of UCLA.
