Join us as through story we explore inner strengths that serve personal renewal and peace in the world.
OARS in the Water is a facilitated Zoom gathering on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month offered by Healing Story Alliance to create a listening space to share the experiences and stories that have emerged through turbulent times. This is not a therapeutic circle but we do hope it will be healing, supportive and inspiring.

Donna Jacobs Sife is a writer, award-winning storyteller and peace -worker whose considerable international reputation is built on her capacity to bridge differences be it within our societies, our communities or ourselves. For nearly three decades she has travelled widely throughout the world teaching and telling stories, largely about conflict reconciliation. Donna lives in Australia. |

Laura Simms is an internationally acclaimed storyteller, writer, and humanitarian who brings over six decades of experience performing and teaching worldwide.She performs mythic stories woven with personal narrative and has worked in the capacity of story advisor, mindfulness instructor, and mediator. She is presently a storytelling consultant for the Fetzer Institute Shared Sacred Story Project, and artistic director of the H C Andersen Storytelling Center. Laura lives in Manhattan and is the author of six books. |
