Corner House; Storytelling Dinner with Tim Caverly
An Allagash Haunting
“A damping cloak of darkness approaches and brings a new meaning to the old saying “in the eye of the storm…Canoe with Olivia as she paddles in the worst storm ever…”

Tim Caverly brings his stories of the Maine wilderness to the Corner House Inn’s Storytelling Dinner program on Thursday evening, May 24 at 6:30 pm. On that evening, through an ‘over the air’ broadcast listeners will hear snapping campfires, ghostly music and the call of a loon while over 120 scenic, historic and wildlife pictures display on screen.

Tim Caverly is a Maine author who has written and published (8) books about Maine’s northern forest. In addition, several of Tim’s short stories have been printed in newspapers, magazines and outdoor journals. His second book “An Allagash Haunting” was adapted into a stage play and has been performed numerous times. Due to accompanying his fire warden dad and ranger brother Buzz ‘on patrol’ and his 32 years as a Maine Park Ranger; Tim has lived in the four corners of Maine. His stories are based on personal experiences and knowledge of Maine’s history and landscapes.

Join Tim on Thursday, May 24 as he weaves tales of the Maine wilderness. Storytelling Dinners are held on Thursday evenings at the Corner House Inn in Sandwich, NH from late October through May. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm and the cost is $22.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. For more information and reservations contact the Corner House Inn at (603)284-6219 or online at info@cornerhouseinn.com
