Join Rebecca Lemaire and Jim Brulé in this six-week program focusing on grief as it manifests years after the loss. We encounter stories that explore ways in which we may move forward through life, embracing and transforming historic grief and loss. We explore our relationship with our ancestors, the gifts received from them, and how we wish to honor them. Participants engage with the stories through creative writing, meditations, sharing, and exercises, in groups and individually. The final week provides an opportunity for participants to share their own creative responses with the group.
The six-week session meets on Tuesdays from 1 November through 12 December. The sessions are held over zoom beginning at 12:30 pm Eastern US / 6:30 pm European time, and run for two hours. Adjustments will be made for Daylight Savings Time.
Class size is limited to 15 to ensure the best experience. A limited number of scholarships are available; contact us for details.
