On Thursday evening May 17, storyteller Lynne Cullen will perform tales from Ireland and other parts of the world, including stories of Cúchullain, the legendary warrior hero of Ulster.
Lynne is a storyteller, playwright, and musician from Falmouth, Maine. She learned the ancient art of storytelling while living in Yorkshire, England and has brought the old stories from across the sea. Lynne learned to play the concertina from the great Irish player, Noel Hill from County Clare.
Lynne is also the producer and host of Seanachie Nights, an evening of traditional music and stories (mostly Celtic and British, but not always) in Portland, Maine. Lynne loves to tell the Old Stories. You can find out more about Lynne’s storytelling program and appearances at
Join Lynne for an evening of storytelling magic on Thursday, May 17th. Storytelling Dinners are held every Thursday evening at the Corner House Inn in Center Sandwich from late October through the month of May. The Dinner begins at 6:30 pm, and the cost is $22.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
