Seacoast Storytelling Guild

Hello Storytellers, Story Lovers, and Friends,

December is the month of Christmas and a time of celebration of holidays from many faiths. Crisp air, coupled with diminished hours until the arrival of winter solstice, inspires tales of all kinds from the cold climates of many countries and time periods. This is a time to share stories of giving, darkness, spiritual awakening, snowy legends, wishes fulfilled, and overcoming adversity. This is the time to gather your stories to learn, tell, and share.

Just tell your story from the heart and let it wrap your listeners in a warm embrace, a world of fantasy, a thrilling experience, or a useful lesson.  Whatever you choose will be a gift only you can deliver.

Our Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 is an extended one. From 5:30-6:30 is our business meeting for members discussion of Tellebration and finances, 6:30–8:30PM is for members and guests. We will meet in the Macleod Conference Room on the second floor of the Portsmouth Public Library in Portsmouth, NH for both sessions of the meeting. Please bring whatever story you have to tell.

Any questions or concerns, contact Seacoast Storytellers Coordinator, Debra Ballou, via seacoaststorytellersnh@gmail.com or debra@debraballou.com or call 603-749-9634. I look forward to seeing you all at our monthly meeting.

Safe journey,
Debra
