Storytelling competitions and open mics are all the rage, and you can get in on the action. Learn to tell a compelling story based on your own life experiences. We’ll help you put together a five-minute personal story with no notes or memorization needed. We’ll explore story structure and craft, and how to create vivid imagery to draw in your listeners. You’ll prepare to perform your story at one of the many Boston area story slams and swaps open to amateur tellers. At the final session, we’ll share our stories with family and friends.
