New storytelling series, third Friday of each month, in Longmeadow, MA (just south of Springfield, on the CT line).
The series starts Friday, October 19 at 7pm, in the Buxton Room of First Church Longmeadow, MA.
The kick-off performer is teller-musician John Porcino, a master of playful, meaningful stories and songs.
As our featured teller, John will perform for 45 minutes or so.
After the break, we’ll have another 30 minutes or so where anyone can tell a five-minute story.
Come tell a life experience or other story you’d like to share—or just come to enjoy the sense of sharing!
Doug Lipman will be the MC.
This event kicks off First Church’s year-long initiative to build compassion and cooperation through
listening to each other’s stories. Come support the connecting power of storytelling!
