Humorous North Country Storyteller comes to Corner House Inn Nov. 8th

Storyteller Cora Jo Ciampi, from the Great North Woods of NH, will have you grinning from ear-to-ear with some light-hearted tales at the Corner House Inn’s Storytelling Dinner program on Thursday evening Nov. 8th.  Cora Jo Ciampi has been telling wild tales since …well, a darned long time. Hailing from Montana to marry her sweetie, Cora Jo has been telling tales at the Corner House Inn for over 25 years. An audience favorite, she occasionally appears in tandem with her sister and best friend, Lauretta Phillips (a renowned storyteller in her own right), and together call themselves “Sisters Too”. Audiences will agree, they tell some wild tales!

Cora Jo likes to tell tales from times gone by and loves writing her own stories to tell. Humor is big with Cora Jo but she isn’t past telling a tear jerker once in a while. “Telling stories is like a road into someone’s heart from my own heart. It is a great avenue to encouragement and to promoting the art of the tale.” Cora Jo just plain loves telling stories and loves the listeners who make it possible to tell.

The Storytelling Dinners are held every Thursday evening at the Corner House Inn from late October through May. The Storytelling Dinner begins at 6:30 pm and the price is $25 per person, plus tax & gratuity.
