The Grand Slam is the annual culminating event where the winners from throughout the season are invited back to compete for the title of Best Storyteller in York, an obnoxious trophy, and bragging rights for an entire year.
The theme for this year’s Grand Slam is NEXT TIME, and 2016 Grand Slam champion Brad Jennings will be the MC for the evening.
This year’s event will once again be presented as a livestream premiere on York Story Slam’s YouTube channel. Watch the storytellers onstage at the Capitol Theatre and cheer them on in the chat.
