Adair Heitmann

Adair Heitmann is an award-winning storyteller, author, educator, and artist. She’s performed with “PechaKucha Night Bridgeport,” “Women Tell,” ‘Tell Me Another,” “We Rise Storytelling Collective,” in churches and congregations, and at Stratford Library and Westport Library. She is a Poet-in-Residence in elementary schools and a Guest Lecturer in personal narrative writing in colleges. Her fine art is exhibited worldwide and her essays and poems are published in books and anthologies.

Her call-to-action is in creating and presenting personal stories with inspiring messages for all as she examines identity, relationships, self-acceptance, creativity, and transformation.
