Sharing the Fire (STF) is Northeast Storytelling’s annual gathering for storytellers, story listeners, and story lovers. Packed with interactive practical workshops, peer connection, and vibrant mainstage performances, STF is where people of all backgrounds sharpen their craft, uncover new techniques, and build lasting creative relationships. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just beginning your storytelling journey, an educator, an artist, making your way through the world with story in your toolbelt, or simply someone who loves hearing a great tale told well, there’s plenty here for you.

Full Conference Registration
Every full conference registration ticket rate (Ignite, Early Bird, Standard Member, or Public) includes the same package. The only difference between is price and when the rate is available.
Note! Only Full Conference Registration is open right now. Friday Intensives, single-day passes, single evening performance tickets, and STF Online passes are not yet available. They will open later, once the workshop schedule is set.

- Full In-Person Conference Pass, March 18–21
- Thursday evening kick-off events
- Friday welcome reception and mainstage concert
- All Saturday workshops and showcases
- Sunday morning workshops and closing session

- 4 weeks of post-conference access to recordings of mainstage performances, keynote, and streaming workshops

Full Conference Registration Rates
Igniters are the lifeblood of Sharing the Fire. You believe in this gathering before the schedule is even printed, and your early commitment lights the spark that brings the whole weekend to life.
Once the schedule is announced, the IGNITE Member Rate will be deactivated and replaced with the Early Bird Member Rate, which will run through February 1, 2027. If you want the absolute lowest rate of the year, grab your Ignite pass now before the program is revealed

COVID Policy
For everyone’s protection, we will be continuing to have a COVID Policy. We ask all participants of the in-person Sharing the Fire Conference to take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to their arrival at Sharing the Fire and to stay home if they test positive or experience cold- or flu-like symptoms. NEST is strongly encouraging all participants to have up-to-date COVID vaccinations prior to attending the conference. Read the full Covid Policy. You will be asked to indicate agreement to follow this policy as part of registration.
Hotel Information
Registration does not include hotel fees. We have discounted rates at the hotel through our conference. Please use our Hotel Information Page to see your special Sharing the Fire discounted prices and reserve your room! All reservations must be received by The Queensbury by Wednesday February 18, 2027 to receive the discounted rate.
Meals
Full conference registrations include breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and lunch on Saturday, but many other packages do not. Make sure to read descriptions carefully. Dinners are not included in any packages. We have allotted more time for dinner so that you can enjoy some of the incredible local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. There are also two restaurants in the hotel. The hotel can accommodate food allergies if advanced notice is given. Please indicate any food allergies on your registration form.
