Preregistration Deadline and Cancellation/Refund Policies

Member Early Bird Registration

The deadline for early bird registration is March 31, 2021

Regular registration rates apply beginning April 1, 2021.


Cancellation/Refund Policies

Conference Registration

Conference registrants cancelling their registration on or before May 1, 2021 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee.

Conference registrants cancelling their registration after May 2, 2021 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee and the cost of any non-refundable hotel expenses such as meals.

Friday Intensives 

For those registered for the Friday intensives only, cancellations will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee.

Individual Event Tickets

No refunds will be offered for individual ticket sales unless the event is cancelled by Northeast Storytelling, Inc.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

Northeast Storytelling, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

Should the Sharing the Fire Conference 2021 be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Northeast Storytelling, Inc. will endeavor to process a full refund of registration fees within 60 days of such circumstances becoming known.
