MICHAEL CADUTO—master storyteller, musician and author—is known for entertaining, humorous and poignant programs, performances and workshops, and for award-winning children’s books, including the Keepers of the Earth® series. Featured by NPR and the BBC, Michael has presented to over 500,000 people throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East with dynamic performances of indigenous world tales, native instruments, guitar, song and dance. A juried artist with the Vermont Arts Council and New Hampshire Council on the Arts, he is in the New England Foundation for the Art’s NEST grants program.

Michael’s programs focus on Earth stewardship, cultural diversity, science and arts. His twenty books—including the Keepers of the Earth® series; Catch the Wind, Harness the Sun; Riparia’s River; Earth Tales from Around the World and The Crimson Elf—received the Teacher’s Choice Award, Aesop Prize, Skipping Stones Award and NAPPA Gold. Michael’s storytelling CD’s received the Storytelling World Award. His collaborative work on environmental storytelling in the Middle East received the National Storytelling Network’s Brimstone Award for Applied Storytelling,
